It's snowing and about 33 degree outside, but in the greenhouse, the celery is up and growing.

This emerging tulip reminds me of a Madonna enshrouding a child, readying to launch it into the world.

Sunday April 7th Boiling and Bottling

Much of the day was spent in the sugar house, boiling sap and bottling syrup. It was our last boil of the season. Any more sap collected this week we will take to Steve's sugar house for boiling.

Saturday April 6th Candians vs. The Bruins at the Box

Don's work 'team' got to enjoy a night at the Forum to watch the arch rivals, Canadians vs. Bruins. Always a fun evening with great food and great hockey and real entertainment.
