Sunday March 17th No Corned Beef Here

On our way home from Maine we stopped in North Conway, NH so Scott could get a lobster roll. He found one at a corner Mexican cafe, so it came with cilantro and lime cream. OLE!

Saturday, March 16 Summer Camp

Kelly is going to be married here at the YMCA camp in Winthrope Maine in May, and Mo's flowers will be adding lots of color. We wanted to scope out the venue to help get an idea of what may be needed where, and to spark the imagination of how it may look. We think a garland for the moose-head over the fireplace mantle.

Friday, March 15th Grandma Gilbert's Loom and Weaving

This old loom has been alternately been displayed or stored for the past 40 or more years. I plan on putting it back to use, finally, this coming week. I'll need to remove her weaving and with the aid of my teacher, hope to preserve what she had done.

As part of the Whole Farm Planning course I had to check out the competition. A trip to Healthy Living made for an easy assignment.

Saturday March 2nd Spring Begins in March but It's Still Winter

Friday, March 1st, Mo with her Mouth Full

Maurine, Pop and I had Breakfast Clubbers at Penny Clus Cafe in Burlington. The food is delicious but the acoustics are awful so we don't go too often. I was trying to take a picture of Mo and her big bowl of beautiful fruit, but she found it amusing so I got a picture of her laughing with her mouth full instead. The other picture is of my very bountiful plate of sourdough French Toast topped with fruit.
