Sunday February 17th Studio practice
I received a great birthday present from Scott....a studio box to take photos in. It will be fun and helpful to use when taking pictures of our product for our web site, or photos of some of Maurine's flower arrangements, and even hats for my Etsy shop, should I ever get it up and running. Here are a couple of my first attempts.

Tuesday, February 12th My Favorite Photo of All
This is a scanned image so the quality is not so great. But this is my favorite photo ever. Mo and Scott at the campfire at St. Regis Pond in the Adirondacks.

Sunday February 10 Great Music at Good Times Cafe
We serendipitously attended a warm and wonderful evening of music at Hinesburg's Good Times Cafe on Saturday. We headed down there just for some supper, but the band was coming in as we were eating, so the owner sold us tickets and squeezed us in for the show, me by the fire and Don a little further back. The trio included mandolin, fiddle and guitar and they played music that sounded a lot like Stephane Grappelli and it included lots of Paris 'cafe' sort of music. The pictures is awful, but I'm glad I had a camera at all.

Friday, February 8 Trapped in the Blizzard
This snow was trapped between the screen and the door to the front deck, and made such an interesting pattern. My photo didn't capture it like I saw it, so I dressed it up a bit with some photo editing.

Saturday, February 2 Mother Gooses' Grave and Haymarket Square offerings
Not your fairy tale ending. All those kids ended in death at an early age for Mother Goose. That's what 21 pregnancies will do to you. But she does get to RIP is the famous Grainary Burial Ground in Boston.
Not your average fare for sale at Haymarket Square.
